SOURCE: belling intergrated Fridge Freezer
On integrated appliances the power supply is invaribly behind the unit. However there is normally an isolator to the side of the unit or in a side cupboard. Hope this helps.
SOURCE: blocked fridge drain
The pan being full doesnt affect the drain being blocked the pans not full anyway its constantly evaporationg it. I use a little air pressure to clear drain lines, than pur a diluted solution of water and a little bleach down the hole water should drain fast and not pool.
SOURCE: fridge doesn't get cold enough
you have either a Defrost heater / a defrost timer/ or a defrost bi-metal that is bad. if you post your model # i can look it up and show you how to set it into defrost to see if the heaters are ok
Since you replaced the timer already that leaves two things you need to check set it into defrost if you know how and remove the panel in the back wall of the freezer you should see the heater(s) are on if not check pwr 120vac at the heaters if 0 volts the bi-metal is bad
SOURCE: My freezer's defrost systems runs constantly
i dont think so i would look at the compressor kicking out on thermal overload or a faulty thermostat thermostats have two settings cut in cut out your cut in could be bad and not turning the compressor on till the temp reaches melting temps now if your hearing a click buzz then you need to look at the compressor and make sure the compressor fan is running but its not a defrost promblem
SOURCE: Water dripping from top of fridge (coil housing?) under freezer.
I HAD LEFT THE DOOR AJAR ON MY KENMORE DPOUBLE DOOR WITH TOP FREEZER AND IT FROZE UP NOT ALLOWING THE WATER FROM THE NORMAL AUTOMATIC DEFROSTING PROCESS TO GO DOWN THROUGH ITS NORMAL DRAIN. THE ACCUMULATED WATER THEN DRIPPED INTO THE REFRIGERATOR UNDER THE FREEZER AND HAD TO BE SOAKED UP DAILY. THE SOLUTION--I REMOVED THE ADJUSTABLE
THATBOTTOM PLATE HAD AN UPWARD CURVED PORTION AT THE REAR. WHEN RE-MOVED, YOU COULD SEE FROZEN ICE ACROSS THE BACK UNDER THE VERTICAL COVER THAT COVERS COILS(?).
IN THE FAR BACK BOTTOM THERE WAS A FULL LENGTH, APPROX 1 1/2" WIDE DRAIN AREA WITH A HOLE IN THE CENTER THAT WAS PLUGGED WITH ICE.THAT WAS PREVENTING THE NORMAL DRAINING PROCESS.
A HAIR DRYER AND ABOUT 15 MINUTES MELTED THE PLUG, I THEN POURED A GLASS OF HOT WATER INTO THE HOLE AND IT DRAINED RIGHT DOWN LIKE IT SHOULD.
I HAD THE SAME FREEZE UP & DRIPPING PROBLEM A COUPLE YEARS AGO AND IT COST ME $100 FOR A SERVICE MAN TO FIX IT BUT IT'S REALLY A SIMPLE PROCESS TO FIX.

Hi Janet Brown, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box?
it`s a Gorenje type HYD12626, model RKI4266W, sorry thought details were there.
Janet. I checked everywhere and cannot find the manual on this unit. I would suggest you google having to defrost a frost free freezer. I did this with mine as well. There is a drain either on the back wall or in the bottom of the unit. This drains to a pan that is under the unit and below the motor. The heat from the motor evaporates the water. I used a alcohol and water solution to melt down the frozen blockage. Sadly, you will need to empty the freezer and unplug it for a couple of hours.
Good luck.
