Hi My Samsung freezer was nor a RB2155 it is a RS2630SH however after not making any ice because the tray was stuck in the upside down position or thereabout after 6 weeks it suddenly started making ice again, we had not done anything to it but we heard it dropping ice one evening and we had a look in the ice container and low and behold the ice box was full to the top, I would still like to know why it went like that in the first place in case it happens again it is a mystery. the water valve in the back where the water line conects is not letting the right amout of water pressure up to the ice maker. either valve is bad or if you have a filter it may need changing

Your icemaker tray has an update for the water flowing over the tray. You will need to call a qualified LG technician to get it replaced. Also, the tray is twisted because it binds itself against the hinge pin on the left side. To stop this, spray some cooking spray oil in the left hinge pin and it should unbind itself and return to normal.

I am an attorney near Philadelphia who is considering initiating a class action against LG related to the defective design of their ice maker. I have clients in different states who have had problems that LG fixed, but the problems re-occurred after the warranty expired. The icemaker use an avaporator system with an heatinc coil and a fan to release cubes.
In your case either the heating coil or the fan in the icemaker must be replaced.

we had a 30 hours power failure when power returned the fridge makes a sound like struggling to turn inside then will drop 2-3 ice blocks and then sounds like it struggle turn and on the right side the ice box is stuck wont release to pull out tried everything and video available
