I try to turn it on it keeps saying profiling requires 20 mb

My Thomson 6728 keeps showing ! Profiling requires 20MB free space Shutting Down

Delete up to 20 MB of space on it and let it profile.

Damn. I have the exact same problem and I'm working hard to solve it. I will definitely let you know if I got a solution to this problem. Let me know if fixed it.

We are having the sam eproblem with the asking to free up 20mb. Your solution (The player needs free memory space for building up the playlists: delete the amount of data off the player.

Connect to the computer and backup all the data from the player onto the computer.
Next delete some of the saved data from the player to free at least 20 MB of memory.
All support for the RCA M4304 on next page:..... Does not work for us. When we plug it into the computer all it does is show it usb connected but we cant get into player anymore to delete anything. Please advice
