What you need to do is to calibrate your screen.

There is a code to do that,type in the code using the keyboard and use the keyboard "enter key" when done typing. A screen message will come up briefly. Something about processing and that the phone will shut off and restart. After the restart the touch screen should work again.

3. Type *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# then power OFF phone & Restart again
4. Type #7465625*638*00000000# (to permanently unlock the phone) then power OFF phone & restart again

that is ur mobile software problem contect samsung company

This means you have a sim card from another carrier in the phone. you will need to unlock it first.

You need to charge your phone completly and then turn it off and remove the battery and sim card leave it out for two hours that should fix it! Hope this is helpful!!

I had the same problem with my Delve, but it froze when I was taking a picture. After about an hour of freaking out I figured out what worked for me. I took another phone and called myself; which made it unfreeze. Then after it unfroze I restarted it. I don't know if this will work for you or not, but it worked for me. Hope it helps :D
