My Viking Husqvarna designer deluxe is stuck on one stich, the number 2. A repair man guided me in how to fix this once before over the phone. Can you help me fix it again?

when i,m doing a machine embrody the thread will fray in the needle and spoil the whole design, i,m afaird to do anything on a piece to keep. what is the best thread to use

I have never seen it be the circuit board, always is the foot control switch. I dont understand the stitch getting tight though. And yes, it could be the circuit board.

The threading may be out of the channels. Rethread. Put in a fresh needle. Make sure you are using an embroidery needle and a new one for each new project. You can't use YLI bobbin thread. It stinks. If all this doesn't help, take it in to be checked These work great when there is not thread stuck in the bobbin case and it is threaded properly. If all is well, it will go like gangbusters.
