I've got 16 documents stuck in the printing queue of my Epson wp2760. How do I delete them all, either with an iPad or without using a pc?

Can't use my pc, so I either have to use the printer or my iPad.

Turn off printer and turn off power at power point .
This hopefully will clear the printer's memory when you power it back on.
depending on how many jobs in queue you might have to do this a couple of times.

Go to control panel, printers, right click the pagepro and select properties. Click the ports tab and make sure that the port is set to a USB port. This did it for me.

SOURCE: printer document in queue will not delete

1. First, try turning printer off and on.

2. Next, on the computer side, this is how you manually clear the printer queue.

1. Go to Start, Control Panel and Administrative Tools. Double click on Services icon.
2. Scroll down to the Print Spooler service and right click on itand select Stop. In order to do this, you need to be logged in asAdministrator. At this point, no one will be able to print anything onany of the printers that are being hosted on this server.
3. Next you need to go to the following directory: C:WINDOWSSystem32spoolPRINTERS.Delete all the files in this folder. This will clear all print queues(it’s a good idea to first make sure there are no other print jobsbeing processed on any of the other printers on the server becausedoing this step will delete those jobs also)
4. Now you can go back to the Services console and right-click and choose Start for the Print Spooler service!
You can also go to a command prompt and type net stop spooler or net start spooler to start and stop the service.

I hope this helps. If you have more questions, let me know.

SOURCE: Document won't delete from printer queue after printed

Have you tried to stop the spooler service in services?

Option 1)
Click on start orb
Type in search window:
services.msc
click ok
Scroll down to Print spooler service and click on it in the right side window.
On the left side click stop the service and wait forthe process to stop .Do not close the window yet. You will have to restart it here later.
next delete the print job in the printer queue then restart the spooler service
Resubmit your new print job.

Option 2)
If that doesn't clear it, the next step would be to stop the spooler
service as stated above
Go into windows explorer
(Print job data is collected and stored in a spool file in the spooler folder.)

It is located in:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS

Your print job will show 2 files there Example below:
00002.SHD
00002.SPL

Delete the files located in there. There may be several of them depending apon how many print jobs you submitted. You will have to resubmit your print jobs all over again.
Next go back to services window and restart the spooler service

That will definitely fix it.

SOURCE: document stuck in queue and will not delete or print.

Its a common problem. All you have to do is to restart the Print Spooler service and delete the print queue. To restart the service follow the steps: Open Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. Now find service named "Print Spooler" and right click over it and select "Restart" to restart the service.
Now open the "Printers and Faxes" folder and try to delete the print queue. Now you will be able to delete the print queue. If applicable you can follow the steps once again if any print queue refuse to get deleted.
Once the print queue is empty, you can print from your printer smoothly.
Cheers!

My printer, HP 8500, has been trying to delete a document for hours with no apparent results. I am unable to print anything else although it does put a new document in queue. I do not get any error...

There are 2 simple methods to resolve any print job stuck in queue issue. However, both the methods will not fix printing issue if the HP Printer is in Error mode. Make sure your printer is able to print self test page to prove its functionality,

First method.

This Utility program resolve all the printing issue for HP Printers Only ( Network and USB connection )

This Utility will Resolve :

1. Check Connectivity between the Pc/laptop and HP Printer
2. Check if there any Documents stuck in Queue
3. Check if all the software/Drivers are correctly Installed
4. Check if the HP Printer icon is the default icon to print
5. Will Resolve Printer Spooler Issue and few more issue

Download the file on Desktop and Run the program ( Ex. File name = HPPDU.EXE )

Click Here to download the Utility and save on Desktop location
Run the HPPDU file and follow the instruction on screen to fix.

If this does not fix, try the 2nd Method given below ( this is manual process to clear the print job stuck in queue )

This works for all brands of printers ( HP, Canon, Epson, Brother etc )

Click Start > Programs > Accessories > then select Command prompt, then the black window will open and there type NET STOP SPOOLER and hit enter that will confirm service is stopped , after that on the black window type NET START SPOOLER and hit enter. Repeat this step 3-4 times and end the command with NET START SPOOLER and hit enter. Open the Printers folder and Refresh the Window ( Press F5 on the keyboard )

The service will be started and all print queue should already be remove.

// Above given solutions help in resolving print queue issue, however check the printer functionality if it is working fine ( the printer should be in working condition and should be able to print self test page, this utility cannot fix printer hardware issue //

Ron

Printing blocked by a document showing being deleted

Sounds like a stuck document is in the print queue. Try to clear the print queue first before sending another print job otherwise it will just accumulate in the queue. The steps below will help you clear the queue.

MY LEXMARKX5650 THERE IS A DOCUMENT STUCK IN MY QUEUE. IT SAYS DELETING BUT IT DOESNT DELETE I CANT PRINT MY OTHER DOCUMENTS I REALLY DONT WANT TO HAVE TO RESTART THE PC IHAVE A FILLED IN DOCUMENT THAT...

Disconnect the printer from the computer. Open the print queue, and be sure that the title bar says "printer offline". If it doesn't, select "use printer offline" from the file menu. Then try to delete the file multiple times if necessary to clear the queue. You may have to reboot the computer, but try this first. Also, you can try pressing cancel on the printer itself. If none of this works, disconnect the printer from power for 10 minutes, and try again. Good luck!!
