This is how we managed to take of our seat.Ir takes 2 strong people to turn the seat whilst pressing the lever under the seat ,you will feel a quiet click,near the seat post this is the area that will allow the seat to be lifted of,might you no where I can find the vin chasis frame number and engine number,i have asked this question in a post sent today.

Sorry but your probably going to have to get this to a service technician. That is a big problem you have there. Most wiring is`nt even color co-ordinated so it`s not a matter of matching up colors. I`d call a professional,

Hi. The serial number will be on a sticker on the upright support that holds up the seat. You will have to lift of the seat, and take the cover off the batteries to see it. It should be on the front of the deat support. Neil.

This is how we managed to get the seat of.You will need 2 people to turn and lift the seat at the same time whilst pressing the lever under the seat that allows the seat to turn.You will feel the seat post click into a position that will allow the seat to release whilst lifting the seat.The seat is very heavy.All the best.
