Range Electrolux to get the part numbers for the Hinge that fits in the door and the Hinge support that fits in the oven. They told me I would also need to purchase the glue that goes with it. The mentioned they could sent a repairman out for $145 call out fee. No charge if needed to return. He just left after a 15 second conversation. I showed him where the hinge was not coming all the say out of the hinge support by about 3mm. Causing the door to not open all the way. And that if we pulled on the door the right way it would come all the way out and open the door completely. He glanced at it and told me the hinge is broken and the only way to fix it is to replace the door. I told him I had already left the part numbers with Electrolux support centre and they should be on his service request notes. He repeated he would only replace the door. I showed him out. Can anyone else confirm this? Would I NOT be able to replace the hinge support only or both the hinge and the support myself? The hinge, hinge support and glue are available for purchase via Electrolux spare parts. Thanks in advance. P.S. I've just had a quick look on pricing. The inner door not the entire door part is $180. I does include both hinges. But NOT the hinge support. I'm wondering now if the hinge support is not just a fixed bar for the hinge to leverage on. And that yes the hinge is the issue and not the hinge support. Just rang Electrolux to get details on ordering and pickup of inner door. They don't make it anymore. LOL!

I have the same problem and am about to replace both hinges and hinge
runners (http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk) recommend you should replace
both hinges as if one is gone the other will follow soon. The section
on the hinge gives a good account on how to replace the hinges safely
and how to get to the runners that may need getting into the inside of
the oven by removing the sides. I havent gone through this yet so
cannot honestly give any more advice other than whats out on the web.

Pull up on the door to remove it from the hinges.
Remove the pan drawer on the bottom. Remove the spring from the hinge to be replaced. Remove the hinge mounting screws. Remove the hinge.
Reverse this process to install the new hinge.

There is a hole in the hinge, for placing a pin, to hold fully open. Two man job. One forces the hinge into the fully open position; the second inserts the pin (nail) into the hole.
