Yes and no. A file is a file is a file.. so one mat copy any file from one media onto another. However, Flash disks are not made to play .cda files. If you first get an application that converts from cda to mp3 format, you can place the converted my files onto a flash disk and that should play just fine via a compatible usb port
If your computer gives you the option for the cd’s destination, yes
