Can I reuse kyocera 4200 waste ink after taking it out of the waste ink box?

I would think not as much of the solvent would have been lost due to evaporation. There would also be a great risk of damaging the print head. Big dollars.

its toner not ink and its probably a bad seal in your drum unit or try to clean the roller on top of the drum unit use water and a rag only scrub it until its black all the way around make sure its dry before you put it back in

The toner box should be a clear plastic container and you should have no trouble locating it. I have emptied the container before and reused it. Just be careful and not inhale the toner dust

Waste toner box doesn't require resetting and cannot be reused.
Try to take it out and install again.

there is a little bottle depending on the model if I get a model I can tell you where it is at but its used for after every copie it cleans the drum and transfer belt it canot reuse that toner so it has to get rid of it so it sends it to the waste toner bottle if the bottle is full you will not be able to print or copy you may be able to scan though

try cleaning the main charge corona. if thats a faclon series the toner should come with a waste box and a silver foil pouch with a cleaning pad in it. directions are enclosed.

TO empty the waste toner on a KM/CS 1820 you have to remove one of the side covers from the drum unit on the machine and vac out the old toner i've had customers try to reuse the toner please do not do this. just vac it out good and your normaly good to go!!

After looking on the net if your printer is under warranty, you should call Kyocera Service Rappresentative or an Authorised Service Centre as Kyocera is not releasing how to empty or clear the waste toner box and if you do you will woid the warranty.

Remove the developer and toner cartridge from the front of your unit. This will allow you to take out your drum where your waste toner box is. Once you have your drum with your waste toner box make sure to detach the waste toner box from the drum. Take a damp linen free cloth and wipe down the inside of the drum unit where your waste toner box goes in. Now take your waste toner box and make sure to secure the waste toner box really well to the drum. This has to be in very tight or else the printer will not think that there is a toner box attached the drum and this error will continue to appear. Important thing is to make sure that the toner box is attached really well to the drum unit.
