What to do when my account is locked? System automatically locks an account when a user enters an incorrect password for 5 times. User can try to login again after 30 minutes as the system automatically unlocks the account after this period.
Our Philgeps account was temporarily locked since April and my email add which they used for registration it also cannot be open. We have already contacted all the Tel. Nos. of the GEPS Administrator but all we've got are answering machine.
