Overtime my Roku TV HDMI port became somewhat dirty. I unplugged it from TV and power. I took a Q-Tip (I know...shameless plug) and used alcohol to clean it. After that, it worked very well. I can't say this is your issue but it can't hurt to try.
Good Luck.

Z

Change input on Hitachi LCD TV model LE65K6R9 without remote?

I'd unplug/disconnect the Roku and after 30 seconds try the control button on the back. If you can change the input do so, then plug the Roku back in. Until you use the input button on the back to change input to Roku, you should be able to use the other buttons on the back to control the TV. If this does not work, unplug both the TV and the Roku. Wait maybe a minute, then plug the TV back in and follow the above instructions. Here are other alternatives: Using physical buttons: You can find the physical buttons on the left or right back side of the Hitachi TV. Using these keys, you can change the input, adjust the volume, or turn on Hitachi TV without a remote. Press the Input button located at the back or side of the Hitachi TV. The list of connected sources will appear on the TV screen12.

Using external devices: Connect a wireless keyboard or mouse to your Hitachi TV and change the input1.

Buy a universal remote: You can buy a universal remote to control your Hitachi TV and change the source.

My roku streaming device is froze on this blue screen and will not change?

Glenda, Are you connected to your tv by HDMI or AV cables?
The blue screen is usually an indication of one of two things.
1: The HDMI cable has come loose but not entirely disconnected (Turn off Roku and TV unplug the HDMI cable from the Roku AND Tv and reconnect them making sure to seat the ends securely and turn on TV and Roku in that order)
2: your TV or receiver may not support HDCP (a content copy-protection solution) over HDMI. This is generally true for older TV models that have early HDMI implementations that do not follow current standards. Try connecting your player with the included A/V composite cable instead.

My roku suddenly only showing sound and no picture, in fact when the program is done uploading, the screen turns blue and can only hear it. What should I do?

Out of the blue, my ROKU had sound but no picture.

To correct, I unplugged the Roku for 5 minutes. I restarted the Roku and the problem was corrected.

Roku panasonic 42pe50b

It sounds like either one of your cables isn't seated properly or there is a color mismatch in them. Make sure the colors match the plugs on both your tv and Roku and also that all cables are fully and securely plugged into the respective device. If none of that fixes the problem, try using a different cable if possible, as you may have a defective cable.
