How to save my gmail on my screen iPad.

You don't have to save it. If you should log out of gmail on your ipad then go to a computer and log into gmail, you'll see the email right there. If you should want to create a folder to keep your mail in order then you'll need to go into settings to "Labels" and "Create New". Then name the new folder and click save.

All Mail is not a folder nor a label in Gmail, it is a designation for All Mail, except for Trash and Spam.

To do what you want to do, use the Gmail Search to look for from:SendersEmail (replace SendersEmail with the Sender's actual email address).

If they exist anywhere (other than spam or trash) they will be listed in the results of the search.

If you are trying to find them after they have been moved to trash or spam, you can use the modifier; in:anywhere, which will list them everywhere they exist in gmail whether they are in the spam or trash folders as well as all mail.
(e.g. from:SendersEmail in:anywhere).

Once they are listed in your search results, you can use the tools at the top of the search list to check them all then move them all to spam, trash, inbox or archive (all mail). You can also attach a label to them so you can search using the label:YourLabel feature of the Gmail search.

If you like, you can create a filter that automatically places the label on any new messages that come from that sender.
(Click on the Gear, Settings, Filters and Blocked Addresses, and choose Create a new filter.

Do you mean "Directory" or "Folder"? Use Windows Explorer to create new folders. Files are created by applications when you save your work. Most Windows applications (like Word) can also create folders. When you click "save as", you get a new pop-up window. The picture with the yellow folder and * next to it is how you create a new folder. When you put a name at the bottom, and click "OK", that makes a file.

How do I get my gmail contacts transfered to my Microsoft Outlook 7 contacts?

try these steps:

  1. Log on to your Google Gmail account.
  2. In the left column, click Contacts.
  3. On the right side of your screen, above the message count, click Export.
  4. Click Outlook CSV (for import into Outlook clients).
  5. Click Export Contacts.
  6. When prompted to download the export file, click Save.
  7. Choose a location on your computer to temporarily save the file. The default file name is gmail-to-outlook.csv.
NOTE You can delete this file after your contacts are imported into Outlook.
  1. Click Save.
  2. In Outlook, on the File menu, click Import and Export.
  3. Click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
  4. Click Comma Separated Values (DOS), and then click Next.
  5. In the Import a File box, browse to find the file you downloaded in step 8, and then double-click the file.
  6. Click one of the following:
    • Replace duplicates with items imported
    • Allow duplicates to be created
    • Do not import duplicate items
  7. Click Next.
  8. In the folder list, click the Contacts folder where you want the imported contact information to go, and then click Next.
  9. To add or remove fields to determine the way the contact information is saved in the new imported file, clickMap Custom Fields.

you just accidentally hide your newly created folder. go to tools it in your upper view. click the folder options. > view > click the show hidden files and folders > and also unchecked the hide protected operating system file (Recommended). after that you will see the folder that you create. im sure virus and trojans are responsible for that.
