Unfortunately Aluratek did copy hardware from Ectaco and did not software. It does not have license to support Cyrillic fonts, so can not support Russian, sorry

make sure that you installed the driver first ..than if it still makes trouble ..change the USB port ..or ..try it in another computer ..
If non of this will make it be seen into the computer ..see that it have to be a reset button on it .and reset it ..It might be located in a hole like button that has to be pressed with something sharp..
Also be sure that the device is powered and on when you connect it to the computer ..otherwise it can not be seen ..
also ..it might not need a driver in thi scase plug it ..and take a look into the my computer folder and see if it is seen as a removable storage device ..(drive G ) ..if it is ..open and drag the e books into the e book folder..and they will be seen into the device ..
Be sure they are with the file extension that is required..

To transfer books from a computer to the Reader, you must authorize the Reader to your account. Authorization links your Reader to your eBook Store account, allowing books purchased from the eBook Store to be transferred to the authorized Reader. You can authorize up to six devices to a single account.

1. Launch the Reader (eBook) Library software.
2. Log in to your eBook Store account.
3. Turn on the Reader. NOTE: For best results, we recommend that the Reader be fully charged before starting the authorization process.
   
4. Connect the Reader to the computer.
5. In the eBook Store pane, click My account .
6. On the Account Management page, under My Authorized Devices , click Manage Devices .
7. On the Manage Device page, under We have detected the following attached Devices: , click the Authorize this device button.
