I have the ge cell fusion. It handshakes up and works perfected the ATT Fuze (HTC Diamond Touch) but the eventually the bluetooth connection breaks on its own and I have to manually connect the devices again by going through the bluetooth settings on the phone.
This makes the bluetooth aspect of the product useless.
I have the same problem. I dont understand what the 'auto connect' feature as you would think it would re-pair with the cell once the bluetooth is disconnected, right?
and by 'work' you mean if your cell is disconnected, once you walk into range of the base did it auto connect itself to your cell without you having to push one of the buttons on the base? It seems that once mine gets disconnected i have to press the button on the base and then it will pair. But i would have thought thats what the auto-connect feature is in place for. I see posts on amazon.com about people returning home after work and having their auto pair automatically, but im not sure why mine (or yours?) doesnt....

I got voice service through my cable company and use the land line half of the cell fusion for that. Trying to use the cell fusion with bluetooth was way too much trouble. I eventually found out that cycling the bluetooth radio in the Fuze on and off would work 99% of the time after I set auto connect.
