I need Simplicity #2811 Easy pajama pattern - Simplicity Sewing Machines

Good Advice from Tally Girl already posted on Fixya. There are no free manuals and although Simplicity is still in business for patterns, they didn't actually make machines, a manufacturer made them and put the Simplicity badge on them.

There has been more than one Simplicity sewing pattern with the number 8024. I don't know which one you are sewing with.

The current Simplicity sewing pattern I have found is:

- Babie's Christening Sets with Bonnets (I think this is the current pattern for sale.)

Whatever pattern you are sewing, I suggest you take the printed cutting and sewing instructions to a nearby sewing supplies store and ask one of the sales associates for help in figuring out what to do.

In the 90 years through which Simplcity has produced patterns for clothing and other projects, I have found 5 different patterns identified as 8608. There may be more.

I have attached the images of the 5 patterns I found, so you can identify the 8608 pattern you are asking about.

You may wish to contact the Simplicity company directly and ask if the sewing instructions for "your" pattern are in the company archives and if you can purchase a copy of the instructions.

if you have lost the directions , you may have to buy another pattern

the instructions are in the packet along with the pattern
take it back to the retailer as some one may have got there first
contact simplicity direct on the phone and see if you can get instructions for the pattern

If you search for the pattern and then click on ones that are for sale, there frequently will be a picture of the back of the pattern showing the yardage...

You might try contacting Simplicity for assistance.

Depending on how old that pattern is, you might, possibly, get the primer from the company if you email them or call them.

There are any number of sewing forums where you might post a request and ask if anyone has it and can copy it for you. I got a primer that way once myself. There are some sites that sell vintage and out of print patterns and you might find another copy of the entire thing that way. Easy has some vendors with this kind of stuff. Try a google search.

It's not a very difficult pattern unless you are a beginner sewer. Maybe a friend with more experience could assist you to cut the pieces and assemble them?

Looks pretty easy, sew the inside leg seam of each trouser leg together,
then sew the ****** seam and do the waistband.
