make sure the damper vent door located between the freezer and refrige compartments is opening and letting in cold air from the freezer,if they ice up they can stick shut and not allow air flow, this door is behind a plastic grille an a hair dryer works great to defrost them

Try manual defrost before replacing any part and further troubleshooting.
The procedure is as
follows: ----
First unplug the unit from main power outlet. Then empty whole unit
completely. Then keep both the doors open. Wait for 24 hours. All the ice
collected on the coils and in the freezer section will get melted.
Clean the water from the sections. Then Connect the power cord of the unit to
main power outlet after 24 hours/.Then set the temperature to normal in both
fridge and freezer section. It will take near to 4 hours to get run in its
proper cooling cycle. Then check, if the problem returns again.-------------The coils getting frosted/ friezed. This is due to 3 possibilities. The faulty thermostat, faulty heater or faulty defrost control board( also called main board).
The two possibilities are already been replaced in your case. But the third possibility is defrost heater. That is checked ok, but that is not replaced.it can be possible that heater is not heating properly.Because the thermostat and heater both are controlled by main board.when the temperature thermostat senses cooling. It will trigger heater to start heating. In your case the temperature thermostat is either not sensing the cooling limit or its sensing but heater is not starting to heat.Re check the temperature thermostat and heater connection and if all checks ok, replace the defrost heater.this will solve the issue.----------
