I have contacted SARS numerous times to obtain my login and password for e-filing, but every time I enter them it will not accept it. what do I do now?

Make sure you are typing the right user with the right password. Also keep in mind that you can't have two gmail accounts opened on the same browser.

Duh... when restarting the computer... before it got to the login and password acceptance fields, I hit F2 (setup). I was able to default password settings there!

Hi, You said that you cannot change anything on the router setup page, right? Have you tried to clear your browser's cache or used other browser or other PC to isolate the problem? There's a possibility that you are just seeing the cache of the router's interface and that's maybe the reason why everytime you change something it just goes back on the status page.

First press RESET button it is in back side of router press it for 10 seconds so all settings are defaults.

Then connect your router to computer with ethernet cable.
Then access it with following link.
http://192.168.1.1
or
http://192.168.0.1
type user name as "admin" and password as "admin" or blank or "password"
