Unfortunately, the F1E1 error indicates a EEPROM checksum problem with the control board. An internal check for the board gave a result that didn't match the one that is stored in the read-only memory. The only solution is to replace the electronic control board for the stove.
Please add a comment with the model number of the stove if you would like to know if this control board is still available and the price for it.

If it's a Whirlpool or Kenmore oven (or one of several other brands that are made by Whirlpool) then this error code means:
F1 - E1 Safety flip flop Replace Electronic Range Control/Clock (ERC)
The system believes that the control board has failed and needs to be replaced.
This page has a list of diagnostic codes by brand and model number. You should check there to look up your particular brand to confirm what I just said.

F1-E1 - EEPROM Checksum Error - Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect.
Allow at least a minute after power has been restored and if error code reappears, replace control board (clock).

The E1- F5 error is a door lock error.
The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...
Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused.
You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.
If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display.
This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.
Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.

If it has not been tossed, you'll find a technical sheet in a pouch attached to the back of the range. It has some of the information you may find useful in this case. If the tech sheet is there, be sure to put it back when you are done.
