How do I manually control cooking times with a Salton electric pressure cooker Model SEPC01?

I bought a cook's essentials pressure cooker but it has no instructions. it's a 7L. with onlyone turn knob with the #'s 1 & 2 then a steam picture. it also has a lock button that's it. Can anyone help?
