I have no display, not a black screen but lighted with no graphics, clock, any type of readout. I can call out, receive calls, retrieve messages, ect. Occasionally the screen will fully display, or it will be faint or ghost like but still readable. The US Cellular store told me it got wet because the little white dot turned red. I don't ever recall getting it wet, but I have heard that even having it in your pocket can cause moisture to turn the dot red. They told me there's nothing I can do but buy a different phone from them.I personally believe there is a promblem in the hinge part of the phone, because sometimes when I flip the phone open a few times the phone will have a display. The phone is only 11 months old, I started having problems at about 7 months. To be honest this is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned.I have had cell phones for over 9 years and have never had problems like this.Is there any thing I can do to get this thing fixed?I have no display, not a black screen but lighted with no graphics, clock, any type of readout. go to menu, settings and tools, call settings, answer options and set to "any key" and you should be able to open and see who calls and then hit any key to answer phone, Hope that helps, doesn't solve problem with broken screen, but doesn't answer phone if you don't want to talk to person calling.
