My Badgy 200 won't print. I printed 2 cards and now nothing

laser printers have small PCBs that count prints and tell you that the toner is empty based on count and not toner level. This may be the same

Try going in to your computer's Control Panel and open the Printers file. You will probably have to reload the printer.

I found a manual for your printer here:

and under print media, it suggests limits of 60 to 163 g/m2 for the 2 trays. If you get some 160 g/sm2 card which is quite readily available, I think you will find it much lighter than the Avery business cards card, which from memory come in around the 200 - 220 g/sm2 level.
Even Avery quote this card as "heavyweight card stock", and although the say will print on all laser printers, it's my experience that they do not. Only on a laser with a flat paper path.
