Maybe your charger is malfuction. Either you can borrow a same charger or puchase a new charger to check. If it can't change the situation, another possible cause is your dc jack is dead or loose. Go to repair it or do it by yourself.

It looks like your charger has died. Check if it has been damaged. You can purchase another one from a nearby computer shop or from Samsung.

You can purchase one from Amazon.com, they are currently less than $10.

check the connections for the fuse, also replace the fuse
