The sdcard might fit between SIM cards 1 and 2. There is a space about that size in the middle. Some sim card trays have a diagram etched inside suggesting the proper order. If you do not have a second SIM card, insert an adapter frame in that empty space so sdcard won't slip. These are sold as a set under "sim card adapter." They will not fit sdcards, however.

The HTC One uses a micro sim size, it would be wise to get a new one from your carrier. You can try cutting around the sim card but unless you have a newer version of the normal sized sims, you might cut into the chip.
