Trying to pair a Samsung s5 to a klipsch rsb 11soundbar

Klipsch is not forthcoming with internal diagrams. I have worked on / repaired some of them. They have components that are under rated for the application and fail. You will need to have it serviced if it pairs and you dont have sound.

The power source is the ac/dc converter. If it is pugged in and working you should have power, if no power a replacement should be considered. Hope it is under warranty. If you have a volt meter or test light you might want to check the output of the converter. Circuits inside the subwoofer could be defective.

To pair where? In bluetooth?

1) Go to settings and see if the bluetooth is off. If it is turn it on.
2) Delete the car's name from your pair list, and try repairing with the car.

Your gear 2 may not be compatible because pairing will require the samsung store to download the gear manager, it may be a very nice watch, but you should've check for compatability, but if you just want it to work, just find a store like best buy that has a samsung S5 or note 3 as a working show model(one that can be accessed by customer ), pair it, and let the phone install the updates, that's what one guy did after a unboxing video on youtube .

How am I supposed to know what headphones or what device you are trying to pair them with?

Hello Beerisfood,We are the Canadian distributor of the LightSpeaker. Sometimes very rarely the LightSpeaker may "un-pair" and "re-pairing" the unit to the base is needed. It takes under 10 sec and is very easy to do but must be performed in a specific manner. 1. Power to the LightSpeaker must be off.2. Turn on transmitter (base) 3. Press the "pairing" button on the transmitter (base)
-lights will flash on the transmitter, during that time that they flash, turn power "on" to the LightSpeaker. The light on the LightSpeaker should now be green.
Youtube has a great video as well on pairing. Type Klipsch LightSpeaker and the first video should walk you through the process. If that does not work contact www.lightspeaker.net as they are the manufacture of this product.(Klipsch was just the US distributor not the manufacture)
