Unplug machine You will need to check the water level censor on the back of the drum, remove rear panel look for a small plastic pipe remove it and blow gently into it you should hear a clicking sound to indicate that the censor is working clean out the small pipe with a ear bud or similar, replace and run machine. eric992
SOURCE: Bosch Nexxt 800 series. We have continued problems
Hello, let the machine rest for a while so suds can disappear then unplug the unit for 1
min then plug it back in it should drain by its self if not do not select
wash cycle but a spin/drain then you should hear the pump running, if you
don't hear the pump running you can get a wet/dry vac stick on the
drain hose and empty the washer, that way if water does not come out you have
to access the pump and pinch off the drain hose from the tub and remove
the object from the pump, be careful that you don't have a mess with
water leaking from the tub good luck.
Thanks

Hello and welcome to fixya.
I`d suggest removing the back panel and inspecting if the belt has perhaps come off.
**Unplug the unit from the wall first**
If so, put the belt around the motor pulley and start it around the drum/drive pulley. As you hold it in place spin the large pulley and it should go back on, careful not to pinch your fingers...ouch :(
Let me know what you find out or if you require further assistance.
If this indeed solves the problem please take a second to rate my solution accordingly.
Thank you for choosing`"fixya" and good luck.

You need to check the drain pump externally to see if the pumping is good Also remove the drain hose clamps and remove the drain hose flushing to clear off all dirt. Now test using power to see if this works and can be simulated. When refitting, the hose must be tightened properly. If the pump/valve does not work even with power then it must be replaced. If there is intermittent power to the drain valve/pump then the program controller unit is a suspect.
