They will ask you to provide your details and madel number, then you will get a numeric key to open the safe.

If you know the combination:
1) Turn the dial to the left a few complete rounds, then stop on 1st number.
2) Turning the dial to the right, pass up the 2nd number once, then stop on it on the next round.
3) Turn the dial to the left directly to the 3rd number then stop.
The handle should open now.

You can contact sentrysafe.com and give them the serial number. If the code hasn't been changed from the factory setting they will have it on file.

try looking under the thesafe see if it has a reset button or u could read the sticker(if there is one) and see if u could get the store that u bought it from, to reset the combo

Begin by turning the knob in a complete circle a few times. Then, turn the dial to the LEFT to the first number of the combination, then RIGHT to the second number, and back to the LEFT to the final number. If the safe has more than three numbers, just keep alternating, starting by turning the knob left, then right, and so on. I am sorry for your loss, and I hope this post has helped you.
