After confirming that my landline and internet service relocated A month later I have been told they cannot give me back my service I have been a telkom for over 40 years.

SOURCE: I am a Telkom client but do not know what is going on with Telkom these days. My landline 0315078386 is dead. I tried online to log a fault without success. Please log a fault with Telkom for me pal.

Telkom ZAR has the poorest service that I have ever seen. Nobody seems able to help....My landline does not work for two months now...I am desperate..

FIXYA unpaid volunteers answer questions for free through the internet. FIXYA is not connected to Telkom.

Not sure what you can do in your country, but here in the United States there are other ways to get landline service, so it is difficult to solve your problem. Perhaps use cell phone service instead, however, I understand that may not be acceptable to you.

Yous Internet Service provider (i assume you have cable based phone/ internet) forgot to activate your phone service. Call them to activate the service on your modem

What email service is giving you trouble? It may be because you have located to a site foreign to your profile. If you can login to the service, edit your profile to indicate your new location. If you can't. then contact tech support of the email provider.
