unfortunately you can't pair an apple watch with any Bluetooth device other than your iPhone because it is an accessory and even though you can take calls and send texts with your watch it's not compatible with any device other than an iPhone but you can still take calls and texts with your watch {as long as you have a cellular apple watch}

The DZ09 is an inexpensive smartwatch, and yours is faulty. If your watch is out of warranty, I would suggest the simplest thing to do is replace it - I have seen them on eBay for around 6GBP.
At that price, it's not worth spending the time and effort to attempt to repair it with no guarantee that you'll be successful.
