Where do I plug the charger at to an ergorapido by Electrolux

Which model do you have? The Ergorapido EL1014A has a charging station. On that model, the charging adapter plugs into the port on the bottom of the floor section of the charging station. This port is below the wall section of the charging station. For the Ergorapido Lithium Ion Plus 2 in 1 vacuum, EL2055B, the charger plugs into a port on the back of the main vacuum above the neck to the roller brush head. For a picture of the charging port location, see https://moderncastle.com/vacuum-cleaner-reviews/electrolux-ergorapido-vacuum-review/ . Scroll down to the Battery section to see the appropriate image.

I hope this helps. The manual for the EL1014A is much clearer about charging the vacuum.

My Electrolux Ergorapido seems to have no suction. The handheld works fine. I cleaned everything out of filter and from the roller brush. Any help please?

remove the blockage in the hose when it pivots on the suction head
by necessity this area is narrow and is easily blocked by paper , hair and small wired items toys and the like

Will not maintained power in high setting. Runs fine in low power setting.

I would recommend thoroughly cleaning all filters, most likely the high setting is overheating the motor and the thermal protection circuit is tripping. In other words, the motor isn't "breathing" well.

Electrolux ergorapido plus

Christmas 2013 I was given an Electrolux ergorapido. I put it on the charger and red light won't come on or if it by chance does it flashes three times and then cuts off.

Electrolux 2 in 1 Ergorapido stick Vacuum. Motor runs then cuts out after 3 - 4 seconds. Sometimes it will run properly for 10 minutes so batteries are good. Why does it cut our usually?

If the hand held is working correctly (By itself) try pulling up a little bit on the 4 metal connection tabs on the wand. The connection tabs were not making a proper connection on my unit.
