There are websites charging various prices for radio codes with highly variable success. Sometimes a boffin with a laptop can decode a radio, for a price, but the official method is to approach the car dealer (if the radio is still the original) or contact Blaupunkt with the radio model and serial number, both of which tend to make quite a high charge for the service.
The radio will have to be removed to access the numbers - with luck someone will have written the code on the radio.
Great care must be exercised to enter the code exactly as per instructions which will be found in the vehicle literature pack.

I accidentally tossed out my 1993 Audi 100CS radio code
when getting rid of junk in the glovebox.

pin is on the metal frame of radio on left or right side and on sticker starting with the letters BP- then your 4 dig pin also the radio code after the pin write it down to. swich your radio off press hold the AS button while holding AS button down press power button it will automaticaly ask for security code enter security code then radio code
