I want to scan document on my MP250 series
Hold red button (cancel button) for 10 seconds than try again.

Go to Device Manager at USB Controllers and disable Standard Enhaced PCI to USB Host Controller. If you can't find exactly this, disable the one with the word Enhaced in it. Right click it then click disable.

you have to have a user name and password set up on the computer you are scanning to then you set theat up in the address you set up on the copier.

Do u have enough ink?
For Canon, if you do not have ink in the cartridge, printer won't let you use the scanner as well.
It's all under same system so either black or color cartridge is short of ink, it naturally happens.
If you would like to save money, try refill kit by "ROADINK".
