send an email to telkom stating that you want the address edited and corrected in the directory
can be done within days for electronic directory but for hard copy , it will not be changed until the new edition is printed

Write to Telkom or Email them.
Keep all copies of correspondence as proof.
If you go into a Telkom shop, they will help you, and probably have cancellation forms to fill in.
Take proof of residence and any contract papers.
