OK after messing about with the drivers I got it to work. I downloaded a driver from Epson singapore and it made no difference. So, I re used the driver from Epson UK and hey presto the thing works again. Why? Good question. Maybe the people in Epson have no idea either.
So, I suggest deleting the driver rebooting the system and reinstalling it. I hope you get it working.

SOURCE: solid black line at the left side of paper after reset the drum

Try moving the blue panel to clean the drum after you install the toner.
plus before you do that, you need to clean up your drum by using the duster.

Try taking out your toners, and on the drum you will see a green button which you can slide from side to side (it's on each of the colored slots). Make sure you put the the white plastic cover up and then it will slide. I hope this will help you.

I have a KM bizhub c 451 black imaging unit that prints faintly. I have replaced the following parts, PC drum, PC charger and starter( developer), yet it is not printing solid black.

replace the black image unit as a whole you do not replace the units as individual parts. Where did you get the drum from? or the PC charger as they come as one and you don't replace the developer as it is located inside the unit!!!!!!

Canon ir 1600 my copier print copy image is very poor

Hi there,
iR1600 are special machine that needs a little bit more care.

First, clean the laser unit and optics ( beneath copy glass too ). Then use some polisher and polish the developing cylinder and clean/replace developer cylinder blade.

Use GENUINE CANON DRUM UNIT and GENUINE TONER.

HP Laserjet prints everything multiple times

Is it the same image being repeated ?

If so then it is the drum not the developer unit.

There is a device for discharging the image once it has been transfered to the paper from the drum.

If that is broken then the image is not cleaned off and will repeat.

The other thing to look at is your setup to make sure it is set at A4 and it is being told to print one copy per sheet

Pring quality on Samsung CLP-300 colour laser

If you the image is faded and your toner supply is good, the problem is the developer blades in the imaging unit. During the normal use of the printer, there is a buildup of toner that sticks on the developer blade. The developer blade meters the amount of toner that gets to the drum that ultimately makes it to the paper. As the toner buildup increases on the blade, less and less toner that gets to the drum cause the image to fade.

To fix this problem you will need to disassemble the imaging unit and clean the blades or buy a new imaging unit. I have clean my blades and I don't have 20000 images it is about 7000 and I have a document to show you if you are handy.
