Behringer F1320D stopped working. Worked fine for ~1min, then a short burst of static, then no sound. The only sign of life is the green power and red clip lights pulsing in sync slowly, ~1x/sec.

SOURCE: HP Compaq nc6120 Fails to Boot

Here's a link to troubleshoot the startup of your notebook, from the HP online support site, and another link that explains how to reseat the ram, which is worth a try. Has it exhibited any unusual symptoms, blue screens, etc. recently? It sounds like either some kind of hardware conflict, or a bad power supply.
Unfortunately, the nc6120 has its internal power supply on the system board and can't be changed separately. The part #s and removal/replacement instructions are in the service manual, link here. This is a somewhat widespread issue, and if you're still covered by warranty, I recommend you get it in for service. Otherwise, you or a reliable tech could start selectively unplugging hardware and see if that is indeed the problem. See links to similar posts here.
Best of luck with it. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but have it checked out before you buy a new board.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

SOURCE: 7 red flashing lights, won't power up..

Check the power board for capacitors with the tops bulged up. They are 3300uf 10v. There are either 2 or 4 of them depending on your set.

Factory reset Behringer FBQ2496

After my FBQ 2496 began to go "wild", it finally went blank with a ticking sound. I tried pressing and holding the "Reset" and "Bypass" buttons, simultaneously during power on. It worked after 3 or 4 tries.

Behringer ac 112 guitar amp powers up, display works. dials act normally, but no sound. only static as volume turned down (speaker works). amp was left on for long period

Try putting guitar trough the FX Loop, if there is still no sound, you may have a problem with the Power Supply.

I have a behringer pmp 1280s. I was running two speaker and two monitors through it. One of the monitors was kicked and the patch cable to it was bent. I smelled smoke and the sound coming through turned...

That's a bad sign. A dead short in the output results in a short of the audio output transistors. I believe that to be the problem and a fairly simple fix to someone good at soldering BUT, you can't get parts for behringer equipment. Most components are specially made for behringer. I've been working on an amp for 6 months and I can fix it BUT, I can't find the parts anywhere, or can even find any reference to them online. Without a reference to the specs, I can't even get a generic replacement. Check your music stores in you area, a behringer dealer may can help you.

My behringer xenyx 802 premium 8-input mixer worked fine for 1 day but now it sounds watery and behringer support was no help at all

Sounds like it may have failed. Yes, it is likely that it needs to be returned. Another option is to unplug all inputs and outputs. Plug in ONE device into the board, and use the headphone jack on the board. Does it sound the same? Just basic troubleshooting may help.

Pluggin headphones into my behringer 2442fx mixer is creating a lot of static coming out of the headphones.

This happens when you have lose earth connection from your main source power supply. Check the earth connections (grounding) which should be available in the mixer, i.e some power cords don;t have earth wire, so change this if you think yours don't have it. Also check the grounding of the other items attached to your mixer, basically grounding is very important to reduce the static shorts. Try changing the power supply source, change to other outlet and check if it is OK.

I have a behringer pmp 3000. In the middle of the show, one of our inputs started making a loud static sound. stopped and turned it off then on. Checked the cable and not that, it still looked like it...

Take this in for WARRANTY repair immediately !!!! This is NOT DIY.

Always power any interconnected equipment from the same receptacle or power distribution box.

My Behringer ADA8000 Ultragain Pro-8 stopped working all together

Hi. I have an 2 ADA 8000 and one went down with the same fault after 7 years.
Firstly, there is a slow blow fuse in the back above where the kettle lead goes in. CHECK THIS FIRST!
If, like me, you change it and it blows again, change it a second time and it maeks a "crackling noise internally. There is a problem with the internal transformer.
From a lot of talking and searching, I've found out what you need to do. Either yourself or and electronics expert needs to do this.
First of all, you need to order a NEW transformer. You need the specific one from Behringer.. I am in the UK and obtained it from EMS. Their number is 01702 613 172. While waiting for this to be delivered, you need to check the power regulator and the 100Nf capp and the 10Nf caps as these can go faulty and cause the transformer to "over work", meaning that as soon as you put in the new transformer, it could go again pretty soon.
These caps I'm told are generic and do not need to be obtained from Behringer. THE TRANSFORMER DOES.

I Hope this helps you all out as I could not find this information online, this is from genuine experience, from people "in the know". Please spread this info about to help others like us who are stuck in a tight place.
