There are several methods:
The first one, if you have backed up to your computer through Itunes before, then connect to your new iphone , there is a device on the left side with your device in it, right click-restore from backup, and you , Your phone book, photos and other data will be automatically restored.
The second, if you back up to ICloud, then there is a restore from ICloud when you activate it, select that option, connect to WIFI, power, and it will automatically restore. Hope it can help you

1. Try to find your iPhone back. You can locked the lost iPhone position on "Find My iPhone". But if your iPhone have been turned off or out of network, it may never work.
2. If you have swtiched on the button of "Sync with iCloud", you can find your photos on lost iPhone on iCloud. Go to iCloud, then you can see all of your photos are safe and sound.
3. If you have backed up your iPhone to iTunes frequently, you can recover the recent backup for new iPhone.
4. If you just want to get your iPhone back and you just have backup on iTunes, but not sync with iCloud. You can try a third party program to help you rip your iPhone photos from iTunes backup. Here is a tutorial I found for more detailed steps: How to Recover Photos from Broken iPhone

Take a look at the Recently Deleted album and see if the lost photos are there. Otherwise you may need a iOS data recovery software to recover your photos. Check out this one: https://www.leawo.org/ios-data-recovery/?fixya=1405

Chances that the lost photos are saved in the recently deleted folder. Have you checked that folder? If there are not the photos you deleted, you can use iPhone Data Recovery , a data recovery program for iPhone to recover all lost data on iOS devices without backup.

I have been in the same situation like you. If you have used iTunes or iCloud to backup your iPhone before, you can restore them from iTunes/iCloud backup. However, you should note that all existing data on your iPhone will be replaced by the data on the backup. If you do not have any backups, you can try to use some third-party recovery tools. I known a tool which may help you work it out, Fucosoft iPhone Data Recovery. I have used this tool and it really worked for me. This program can directly scan your iPhone and help to get your lost data back, such as photos, videos, contacts, text messages, call logs, notes, WhatsApp, Safari history, and more. It has both Windows and Mac version, you can download the free trial version and have a try by yourself.
You can find it here:

Plug the phone into another pc via lightning usb cord, & thr pc should see it as a usb type device. When u double click on the phone icon in windows explorer, you should see a folder come up called DCIM. double click on it and the pc should open all the photos & photo albums. You can the copy & paste all of photos & albums into a new folder in you pc u have just previously made up.
NOTE: It is a good idea to backup your phone regularly with iTunes & tick encrypt too store "all your data" in icloud

If you had iCloud Photos turned on via Settings > Name > iCloud > Photos you may want to check icloud.com and see if they are there, if not then you may want to check previous back ups. Aside from this you may have lost your photos.

The most common way to recover lost photos without back up is to check your recently deleted album. Firstly, go to photos app > tap on albums > scroll down to find recently deleted album. Then open it and preview the recently deleted photos and check if there are the photos you want to recover. Finally, select the photos you want to recover and tap on Recover in bottom right corner. By the way, can you recommend a good software for editing photos? I've found a nice one that provides old photo filter and other great tools. Using it I effortlessly made a beautiful image. But do you have any other suggestions? I want more

No matter what kinds of situation we list above you have encountered now, then you'll need MobiKin Doctor for iOS (Windows 8/7) or MobiKin Doctor for iOS (Mac OS X) to help you get back the deleted, lost or formatted data on iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus completely. The program supports up to 10 types of files like contacts, SMS, call history, voice memos, notes, photos, etc., so that you can use one tool to recover all lost data on your Mac or PC easily. What's more, apart from the new released iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus, other generations of iPhone like iPhone 5S/5C/5, iPhone 4S/4, iPhone 3GS, etc. are all supported by the iPhone 6 Data Recovery.
