I bought this phone off some1 also same as problem as the first person, i cannot get in touch with them. when i put my sim card in it says sim card registation failed. took it to shop to get it unlocked. brought it back and it still doing the same thing. the sim card works in other phones. please help someone.

Hello, i have problem with my nokia 5800 xpressmusic which just got repaired by nokia itself, but when i recieved it back and put my sim card which is t-mobile the reatilers from whom i purchsed this mobile from this mobile was only locked to t-mobile network. so when i put in my t-mobile sim into the mobile and turned it on the message i get on the screen is (sim card registration failed). so if any person any way for repairing or resolving this problem of mine. i would really appreciate it. so send me of how to resolve the problem plz conact me at my email address: [email protected]

Try to insert your sim to other mobile then try balance inquiry after you have recieved the message turn off your mobile, remove the sim card and insert it again to your nokia 5800.
