Mine started doing the same thing today. If I reboot it one of two things occur. The keyboard works for a minimal amount of time or the screen boots up black. If you have had it less than a year then I suggest you use the self service tool on Sprint's website and have the phone replaced.

Wired and onscreen keyboard space bar doesnt work

Keyboards are cheap. If you need to use this one then you will need to carefully pop the spacebar key out, turn the keyboard upside down and give it a good shake. You will see a ton of junk fall out ;)

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop, and certain letter

This could be a possible hardware issue. You can try to use an external USB keyboard and check if the keys are working or not. If you do not have an external keyboard, you can try to use the onscreen keyboard. To do this, go to start>programs>accessories> accessiblity and then choose on-screen keyboard. Open a notepad and try to use the keys which are not working using the onscreen keyboard. If onscreen keyboard works fine , then you need to get the keyboard replaced.

If it works, then you need to replace the keyboard.
