Keypad makes phone freeze

seems like you have a problem with the keypad. may be a water damage or moisture damge keypad near the track pad. thats make your keypad malfunctioning and it just keep sensing like you keep pressing a key while even if you are not using your phone. you can try remove your battery and put in a bowl of rice for 1 day or you can try drying your phone with air dryer. if its still the same issue then you may have to clean your keypad contact. thanks.

try a reset, try a battery out, wait 5 mins and reinsert, try than, upgrade/replace software from makers web site. Perhaps it has moisture behind the keypad this is a common problem.

When typing a text message or entering info in the phone book...phone always freezes on the 3rd letter...and the only way to get out of the freeze is to take the battery out and turn the phone back on once the battery is put back in....why does the phone freeze?

You need to take the phone and have it flash or have a keypad flexfile reflash in the phone...

you need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reflash the keypad flexfile back into it

have your fon reformat. if nothing happens probably you have a defective keypad flex...

I dont no of this problem and dont really have a official suggestion but .. if you restore factory settings there is a strong chance it will repair it , you can acces factory settings on settings , . the code for it will either be 1234 or 12345 or something along the lines of that,.
