You can select between 12-hour and 24-hour display modes. A "P" indicator signifies it to the afternoon 12-hour setting, a "A" indicate in the morning and a "H" means that it is the 24-hour setting.
Continue this pattern to set the day of the month, month, and day of the week, respectively. 9 Press the MODE button to finish and exit.
move the plastic button at the back slightly to the right side where it says "Time" and than adjust the time by pressing 'Mode' and 'Up/Countdown' buttons
There is a sliding button on the back side to the right of inner frame. The slider has "Normal -> Time -> AL SNZ -> CountDown->Timer" marked on it. You need to move that button to time basically to the right side and then user up and down buttons to adjust the time. Hope this helps. -- Anant
I had the exact same problem with my watch, it wouldn't stop beeping or flashing and the reset would not work. I fixed the problem an hour ago by replacing the battery in the watch. hope this helps!!
Part 1:
Press mode button till the seconds window blinks
Press Lap/Reset button once to make minutes blink
Cycle through minutes using Start/Stop Button
Part 2:
Press Lap/Reset button once again to make hours blink
Cycle through hours using Start/Stop Button
(for this part, it's a bit tricky. Hours can be displayed in AM, PM, or 24 hour duration. AM is represented by "A", PM is shown with "P" and 24 hour mode is shown with "H", so keep an eye in the seconds window when setting your hour so you know for sure if you have the right hour)
When your done setting minutes and hours, press mode button again till you get to main screen
A helpful hint is to remember when setting up anything in this watch, mode will cycle through the different screens, lap/reset will change the value of whatever your modifying (AKA minutes/hours) and start/stop scrolls through the different fields.
Hope this helps. Sorry if it's confusing, best I could do.
How it has been solved as I am not able to reset it.
