SOURCE: Senco SN4 misfiring intermittently

This is a discontinued tool by Senco but there are still parts available for it. It sound to me that the o rings and possibly the firing valve need to be replaced. I would recommend going to Senco.com and you will find a complete parts diagram in their discontinued tool section. They also have a toll free number if needed and you can talk to their air pro. I have rebuilt quite a few of these and they are not that hard just make sure to clean all the parts and use lube when replacing O rings.

SOURCE: Senco SLP20 not working

Senco makes a line of nailers including the slp20 that use a firing valve (part # ba0119) that fires piston when trigger is depressed. These guns do not use oil because the oil will swell the rubber parts in the valve. When the rubber swells and tears slightly, symptoms that you describe will develop. Also remove the cylinder and look for cracks and make sure that the lower oring (LB0030) is in place and that tiny vent holes are clean. The lower oring is the checkvalve and causes the piston to retract. Use only the slightest bit of silicone lube on orings. Parts are available at www.toolpartsdirect.com. Good Luck

SOURCE: My Paslode Impulse does not fire consistently

check the fuel for expiration date (on the bottom) also check for proper nail guage and for the tool being dirty and requiring cleaning and servicing. Also look for a bent safety. When it won't fire again is the driver retracted? If not it is probably dirty. Does it try to fire, you can check the spark unit before spending alot of money on it. Let me know and I will try and help

SOURCE: I have a solid red

Hello there peter

If you have the red blinking light then you have the RED light of death AKA the RLOD.

The light is a warning sign to let you know something is wrong. I can give you the quick explanation, There are 2 chips on the motherboard inside the PS3, the GPU (graphics) and the CPU (brain), when playing the ps3 the solder heats up and when you finish playing it cools down, over time this will cause the soldering to crack and the chips to lose connection with the motherboard and you get the RLOD.

WHERE TO GO FROM HERE

Option 1 - Call Sony

In warranty the Price is Free, out of warranty the Price is $150, the whole process is 4-6 weeks

You can call Sony and they will collect the PS3, repair/replace, and deliver the PS3 back to you

Option 2 - Fix it your Self

You can use a PS3 fix manual to get this fixed easily and at home using household tools you probably already own.

Click Here For The PS3 Manual which has helped so many people like you.

Good luck

Best regards

Peter

SOURCE: paragon 2000r gas fire -

I have the same problem occasionally with a Paragon 2000R. It seems to be related to the thermocouple. The pilot flame does not heat the thermocouple enough. Usually re-arranging the the artificial coal to reflect some of the heat back to the thermocouple will just make the difference. Maybe it is time for a new thermocouple.

Senco fusion f18 Brad nailer was going fine then all off a sudden won't fire. Push in pull trigger motor works then light at the top of the nailer flashes but still not firing a nail please help?

Most likely needs the entire actuator assembly - my suggestion is bring it to an authorized Senco repair center, I think the actuator has a lifetime warranty.
If not warranty, its definitely not worth repair, the actuator is 3/4 the cost of the tool new.

My Senco SFN1 finish nailer will not shoot a nail. When the trigger is pulled air comes out but no nail is shot. Thanks,Steve L

Not sure about Senco but most have latch you can open to expose firing mechanism. Nail sometimes gets jammed and will not allow driver to fire or if not nail push driver ****** all the way back into gun then see if gun will fire.

Hi

Thank you for your query

If the power light flashes briefly, then the problem will reside with your DC jack on the motherboard, this is a common problem and can be replaced by a qualified Laptop engineer

Please book your laptop into a reputable PC shop

If this has been useful please leave postive feedback/vote/testimonial - Thank You Again

Nikon D90 Self-Timer does not work when flash is engaged.

The answer to your question can be found at...

This website

All but the very best flashes can not recycle atthat flash rate. For burst mode, you probably want to use focus modeAF-C or AF-A.
Morris

Page 73 in the manual; If the flash fires in L or H mode (pg. 65), only one picture will be taken each time the
shutter-release button is pressed. The shutterrelease may be briefly disabled to protect the flash after it has beenused for several consecutive shots. The flash can be used again after ashort pause.
The flash can take several seconds to recharge andduring that time the shutter is disabled. NR will also reduce thenumber of frames per second that you can take, and of course yourshutter speed has to be fast enough to allow for 4.5 fps.
In AF-S the shutter won’t fire unless the camera has achieved an in-focus state and the focus is locked.
In AF-C the camera continually focuses, but that isnot the same thing as being in focus. As you move the camera or yoursubject moves, the in focus state will come and go, but the camera willattempt to continuously re-focus. BUT, the shutter will fire even ifwhen the AF system has lost the in-focus state and the picture is outof focus.
In the D90 manual it indicates that the AF-A modewill only fire when the green in-focus light is on, just like in AF-S.The problem is that you probably won’t get 4.5 fps unless both thecamera and the subject are stationary and no time is lost between shotswhile the camera re-focuses.
