Half of my touch screen on my LG Arena is no longer working, there is no reason for this. Can i re-callorbrate my screen any way?

My LG also had same problem, The touch was killing me, but than i changed the screen and it is working properly.
Just chanage the screen. I hear Most LG's have this problem.

this means the touchscreen does not respond when touched,it seems the outer screen is not sitting properly on the inner touchpad,you might have to consult a qualified technician,because the problem requires care and techniques

Try removing the battery and putting it back. It worked for me.

try to calibrate it if it doesnt work you will need to change the digitizer.

problem is with proximity sensor calibration, you have to recalibrate it
1. go to service menu - 1809*#900#
2. in that menu clink on OTHERS
3. there click on PROXIMITY
4. click CALIBRATE and OK
and it should be work properly
