Well, a little more info regarding the printer would be great but here is the basics. If it is networked (plugged in via ethernet cable to your router or switch) you should be able to add it via IP the same way you normally would through your computers control panel/devices and printers. If it is directly connected to a computer via a usb cable you can still share it on the network you are on by right clicking on the printers icon, going to properties, then the sharing tab, then click on share this printer. Easiest way is to install it on one computer, then make sure it is shared with all.
On the other computer, do a search for printers on the first computer, and install it on the second one.
It should be literally that simple, so long as there is at least a peer network, at the least, as a common link between both computers.
