It's a little vague . What's the problem ? Over heating , fuel in oil , water in oil? Over heating will be a water pump problem , water in your oil is a bad head gasket, fuel in oil is passing rings . Honda's are great engines but they must be broken in properly .

SOURCE: suzuki outboard motor 65 hp --oil sensor keeps

assuming you are not out of oil in your oil reservoir you probably have a bad sending unit in the reservoir. never bypass it or eliminate it as you could permanently damage your motor or ruin it if you ran it out of oil.

What is the mix ratio for a Johnson outboard motor?

Any Johnson outboard motor built since 1964 requires a 50/1 fuel ratio. Motors built prior to that date require a 32/1 ratio, with the exception of a few fishing motors built prior to 1955 that use a 16/1 ratio.

Im looking for a workshop manual for a 1995 Honda 90 HP outboard motor any ideas Im working on the gearbox at present

We bought the Clymer Honda outboard shop manual (B757) which covers Honda 2-130 HP from 1979 to 1999.
It was $20 and worth every penny.

Hope this is helpful.
