My Speed Queen top load washer, manuel control is not moving past the wash cycle. Both wash and rinse lights flash but nothing happens.

check to see if your pump is slightly plugged with a sock or ?

Your top loader should pump out in about a minute and a half when totally full of water.

SOURCE: front loading washer does not advance past the rince cycle

Check and clean filter, it is usually located behind a plastic panel at the bottom front of the washer, remove cover and unscrew the filter cover anti clockwise, pull out and clean, replace and test, if it still does not drain, then possibly pump blocked or faulty.
Plz rate my solution.

I would call whoever repaired the washer back out and have them diagnose.

SOURCE: washer is overfilling & leaking

Are you using front loader only detergent?(oversudsing) Overfilling is either a pressure switch, or pressure chamber is blocked(located toward underside of outer bowl approx 6 inches long) this is only in older machines with extensive cold washes.
