What is the fault?
Most photocopiers have spare parts that you can order.
SOURCE: xerox error code u1-1 main motor fault
You will need to replace the main drive motor assembly.
That stepper motor is a common fail item.
You have to remove the rear cover, the MFSYS and MCU board assembly to access that motor.

Then open mashine door,take out fuser web sensor and put it back.
Message out of fuser is gone.Now it is ready to make copies.

Generally most Xerox business volume machines tend to have power supply problems. The power supply can be repaired. Could be only a fuse or triad transformer. If you can remove the power supply yourself. Use a voltage meter to check continuity on the fuse or triad. You can also take it to someone to check it for you, say an electronics technician. If you purchase from Xerox I believe its rather costly.
