Hello Sandra Carey Cc...
Of course... with all
POWER ANOMALIES
everything is possible... For TROUBLE RESOLUTION
the
quickest & cheapest solution is the
IDEAL to
pursue.
There are various "MODES"
manufacturers
provide for "
sales", "
display" & "
demo" where
retailers want to show the
MODELS... but not
incur the NATIONAL DEBT in so doing... ($$$$).
I always refer to these as 'DEMO' (
demonstration)
modes... In
FACT all the lights are "
on" but
functionality is "
off".
Obviously this TOPIC can not be taken any further
without the
MAKE & MODEL... being disclosed.
It appears to me you are writing from
TUESDAY...
I am still answering from Monday ... Typically meaning
I could NOT use your MAKE & MODEL number anyway.
USA...
West Coast: San Francisco Bay area... Fear not...
refrigerator pretty much all work the same...!!
Check your
OWNERS MANUAL for one of the
above "
modes"... Not finding SPECIFIC references
to "DEMO" mode contact
VENDOR SUPPORT...
ELSE
Comment me back with you
model number &
I will give it a go...
(serious trouble shooting would test the motor
(compressor)
capacitor for operational voltage...
(failing that a simple replacement would be
an excellent GUESS... certainly probable)).
Hope this helps...
