SOURCE: My samsung BL103 camera takes good pics inside but

First make sure that you are in "Automatic" mode, and not in one of the camera's othe manual modes which may keep the shutter open for an extended period. But if you are indeed in auto mode, and it's still doing this, a stuck shutter is another common failure mode for digital cameras. The symptoms of a stuck or "sticky" shutter are very similar to CCD image sensor failure. The camera may take black pictures (for shutter stuck closed), or the pictures may be very bright and overexposed, sometimes with lines, especially when taken outdoors (for shutter stuck open). To confirm a stuck shutter, put the camera in any mode other than "Auto", and turn the flash OFF (you don't want to blind yourself for the next step). Next look down the lens and take a picture. You should see a tiny flicker in the center of the lens as the shutter opens and closes. If no movement is seen, then you likely have a stuck shutter. If so, please see this link for further info and a simple fix that may help.

Can erase all pic at one time

The best way to erase all your pics at one time is to format the memory card. In fact, the memory card should be formatted each time you finish downloading the pics to your computer. Formatting not only erases the pics but also cleans up the directory structure and file information. FixYa is full of people asking how to retrieve pics from memory cards that haven't been formatted recently.

I have an 8G SD card with 2388 pics on it but my camera says no images.I want to delete all images but it says no images.

If you've downloaded the pics you want to save to your computer and all you want to do now is delete all the pics from the card, just format it in the camera.

My samsung BL103 was taking black and white pictures. I was trying to get it back to color. I went to settings hit format, said yes or no? I hit yes and now have no pictures on my memery card. Can those...

Format completely erase the memory card with no hope of recovery. You need to dust off your manual and read it to find the correct setting for color pics.

LCD

Are the images also black when you look at them with your computer? If not your screen is either broken or no longer connected properly. The LCD screen can be replaced by a tech savy user and the part is available on common auction websites. There are also independent Camera Repair places that carry the part - Camera Repair NYC

Samsung bl103

Mine did the same thing. Just let it sit for a couple of days. Don't mess with it. It'll eventually stop doing that and work. That's what i did. It worked for mine.
