I have a boost Sim in a borrowed flip phone a lg tu550 and I can't recharge with #111# number it's saying connection error

just run the program in compatability for xp
installs just fine

If you want to use a cable connection, go into the phone menu and select the following:
Menu > Settings > Connectivity > USB Connection Mode > Mass Storage

After this, plug the phone in via the USB cable.
The computer will prompt to install the modem driver which you can cancel.
Then the computer should detect the memory card as a USB drive and you can copy and paste what you need.

I called Boost support about the same issue and I was told that that particular phone and any other Ic series phone by motorola will not work with Boost Mobile. There was also a few other phones that will not work. Try calling thier support line and requesting the list of phones that won't work. Good luck.
