How do I reset my Zanussi dishwasher zdf2020 model, have moved it recently....

    make sure before you install all water is drained when water is connected hot cold right and turn on press reset turn off for maybe 5 minutes turn back on with water flowing to it power back on if then its saying E10 or e something door might be not aligned problem or you have placed it dot strait must be level .And hot and cold pressure to it .good luck .

It is normal that after adding the salt it takes time to dissolve, which means that the salt lamp will be extinguished after several complete washing cycles.

How to reset Zanussi zdt6252 dish washer
To reset a programme in progress, open the door and press the push button of the programme under way for more then 1 second, until the corresponding indicator light goes out. The dishwasher is now reset and you can select a new programme.

Just moved in and run the dishwasher
Replace the timer.

Most likely it was broken by someone resetting the timer by hand while the unit was energized.

Always open the door(de-energizes the timer) when you want to make an adjustment to the machine while it's running.

Zanussi zdt 6252
I had the same problem with Zanussi ZDT 6252. To fix it, turn power on, close door fully, then open door, turn off then turn back on again. If you follow this sequence the machine is reset and you can select programs again.

Dishwasher was tipped and won't run
I have the same problem if you take off the tray below the front door and set a small blow heater in there it will dry the out the anti flood switch. It usally takes about 25 mins for the machine to start working again.
